Fatima's entry into computer service began in 2019, assisting her father, Jett, at Lapin Systems during the pandemic's surge in demand. She quickly proved indispensable, handling receptionist and service writing duties with exceptional customer service and organizational skill. Beyond customer interaction, she managed office operations and bridged communication between clients and technicians.
